Bio

Rachel is a graduate of the University of Kentucky’s MSW program and holds a graduate certificate in Developmental Disabilities from the Human Development Institute at UK. Rachel is also licensed as a CSW in the state of Kentucky. Rachel’s practice background includes work with survivors of rape and sexual assault, individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and current and former foster youth. Rachel has taught at the UK CoSW in both BASW and MSW programs, in online and face-to-face formats. Currently, Rachel is the Director of the Kindred Roots program through the Bair Foundation.
