Diana Wilcox is a doctoral candidate at the University of Kentucky and is a Licensed Social Work (LDW) in the state of Ohio and a Certified Social Work (CSW) in the state of Kentucky. Diana Wilcox has worked with older adults in community-based and healthcare settings for the entirety of her career. Diana has worked with older adults in urban, suburban, and rural areas in the states of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Diana obtained both her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH.
Having experience in working with older adults in a myriad of settings, Diana believes strongly in coordination of care among interdisciplinary team members across multiple systems. Diana’s professional interests include case management, coordination of care, palliative care, therapeutic interventions, motivational interviewing, and social work leadership in healthcare settings. Diana’s doctoral capstone project is called Deep Community Partnerships: The Future of Community-Based Senior Care in a Value-Driven Era.
Diana is currently a leader and peer mentor of the social work team at Landmark Health, in the Ohio Valley market.
