The Opportunity
We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide essential oversight of our weekend TRP programming. This role primarily involves program supervision and sign-off on clinical documentation (billing) while ensuring compliance with treatment standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician looking for a low-intensity, high-impact role that allows for meaningful engagement with both clients and staff while maintaining work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight to ensure adherence to best practices in therapeutic rehabilitation.
Review and sign off on clinical documentation (billing) to support program operations.
Offer guidance and support to weekend staff as needed.
Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and state regulations.
Foster an environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and encouraged to grow.
Engage in occasional client interactions, offering expertise in crisis management or guidance as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work.
Current Kentucky licensure:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Preferred Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in trauma-informed care within human services.
Previous experience working with Severe Mental Illness (SMI) populations.
Experience in clinical supervision or program oversight.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time | In-person
Weekend shifts only: 4 hours per day (Saturday & Sunday)
Tentative schedule: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Competitive compensation based on licensure and experience
