Licensed Clinical Social Worker Full-Time Position

LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER FULL-TIME POSITION
POSITION: Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Behavioral Health

JOB SUMMARY: Provide therapy services to patients including individual, group and/or family therapy sessions. Completes and utilizes necessary assessment/treatment/discharge planning tools.

QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree. Kentucky Licensed or Certified Social Worker. Minimum two years’ experience working in a psychiatric/behavioral health inpatient or outpatient clinical setting.

REPORTS TO: Director of Behavioral Health
