POSITION: Clinical Therapist/Social Worker (W‑2 or 1099 options available!!!)
About Our Practice
We are a trauma‑informed, Joint Commission–accredited private practice specializing in evidence‑based mental health services. Our model emphasizes ethical care, clinician sustainability, and thoughtful growth—never volume over quality.
What You’ll Do
Provide individual (and optional group/family) therapy services
Deliver evidence‑based, trauma‑responsive treatment (e.g., CBT, CPT, EMDR, DBT, trauma‑informed care)
Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation for treatment plans, biopsychosocial assessments, and ongoing clinical progress notes
Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners
Uphold ethical standards and client‑centered care
Who We’re Looking For
Licensed or license‑eligible clinician (LPCA, CSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC‑S, LCSW-S or equivalent)
Strong clinical judgment and ethical boundaries
Interest in trauma‑informed and evidence‑based practice
Comfortable working independently with consultation support
Reliable, organized, and client‑centered
