POSITION: Therapist – Behavioral Health
JOB SUMMARY: Provide therapy services to patients including individual, group and/or family therapy sessions. Completes and utilizes necessary assessment/treatment/discharge planning tools.
QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree. Kentucky Licensed or Certified Social Worker or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Minimum two years’ experience working in a psychiatric/behavioral health inpatient or outpatient clinical setting preferred but not required.
REPORTS TO: Director of Behavioral Health
