The SPARK program gives undergrads the chance to light up their academic journey by working directly with faculty on real-world research projects. These assistantships bridge classroom learning with practical application—helping you shine when applying for grad school or launching your career.

Who is this Program for?
Open to BASW and BA/BSCJ students (on-campus and online).
Preference will be given to juniors.

Meet weekly with your faculty mentor (30 minutes minimum).
Dedicate ~5 hours per week to the research project.
Develop a research plan with your mentor.
Students must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
