Career Readiness
Event Overview
Facilitated by Ranym Nenneh.
This career readiness session will help students navigate the often-unspoken expectations of the helping professions, including interviews, career fairs, workplace communication, email etiquette, professional dress, and executive presence. We’ll also explore how to balance authenticity with professionalism so students can show up as themselves while building credibility, trust, and confidence when working with clients, patients, families, schools, and community agencies. This session is open to all students but is especially relevant to students in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Health Sciences, Family Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, and pre-health.
