About the Trainer:

Cayce Stapleton is a Milieu Coordinator for the out-of-home care residential program at RESTEP, a nonprofit organization under Ramey Estep Homes. As a graduate of Morehead State University, she brings a blend of professional expertise and genuine empathy to her work. For nine years, she’s been a vital part of the organization, evolving from a Case Manager to her current role as Milieu Coordinator. A significant part of her role involves working with families, guiding troubled adolescents, and training. Cayce finds fulfillment in connecting with families across the state and providing them with the resources and guidance they need to navigate difficult times. She believes in the resilience of the human spirit and is passionate about empowering others to find strength and build brighter futures.
