Join us for a screening of The Quell Foundation’s Human First: Beyond the Athlete, a documentary featuring current and former athletes sharing their personal mental health journeys and the challenges that arise as life and sport become deeply intertwined.

Following the screening, stay for a panel discussion with sport mental health advocates and experts as we explore mental health, identity, resilience, and the importance of reducing stigma and strengthening support for athletes.
