Rachael has been a kinship care provider for more than 9 years. She credits her kinship journey with giving her and her family the opportunity to grow individually and as a family. Though she feels her kinship care experience has been rewarding, Rachel recognizes that it has not been without great sacrifice and challenge.

As a KY-KINS peer supporter, Racheal seeks to cheer on the small triumphs, acknowledge the challenges, and celebrate every bit of growth in between.
