Get to Know Jessica

Jessica began her kinship caregiving journey more than 8 years ago when she received custody of her cousin’s daughters. A year later, her family adopted them. While there were a few bumps and obstacles along the way, Jessica says she would do it all over again.

As a KY-KINS peer supporter, Jessica works to meet people where they are and help them feel supported along their journey.
