• What do they like best about their role as a Kinship Leader: I enjoy the opportunity to share and be supportive of other families who are in kinship roles, but what I like best is witnessing the connections made between group members
• Personal experience with Kinship care: I have been a kinship caregiver for 12 years now, raising a younger cousin, after their removal from his mother’s care at birth due to opiate use and dependency.
