Before working at the University of Kentucky, Tara assisted first-year students with their reading, writing, and college readiness at Eastern Kentucky University. She’s passionate about child welfare, adoption, and kinship care, bringing her to the College of Social Work. In her free time, she enjoys adventures with her son and husband, playing video games and board games, going for frequent walks, and trying to garden.
