Phi Alpha Honor Society
Xi Sigma Chapter – Social Work (BASW, MSW, DSW, PhD)
Phi Alpha promotes academic excellence and humanitarian ideals in the field of social work. Members gain lifetime recognition and join a national network of scholars and professionals.
Eligibility
- Undergraduates: B or higher in all social work courses + 9 credit hours completed
- Graduate students: 15 graduate hours completed + B or higher in all social work courses
- Lifetime membership (Contact us to transfer your membership from another institution)
Membership Fee: $30 + $2 shipping

Alpha Phi Sigma Honor Society
Criminal Justice (BA/BSCJ, MSCJ)
Alpha Phi Sigma is the only nationally recognized criminal justice honor society, affiliated with the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences.
Eligibility
- Undergraduates: Declared CJ major or minor, 3 full-time semesters, 4 CJ courses, GPA at least 3.2 (overall & CJ)
- Graduate students: 4 CJ grad-level courses, GPA at least 3.4
Membership Fee: $85 (add $10 shipping for online students)
