Caregiving can be tough! Add in a busy schedule, conflicting priorities, and a to-do list a mile long and you’ve got a recipe for a stress cocktail.
As challenging as it can be, we all know that you can only be the best possible version of yourself when you make time to take care of yourself.
We want to help! Join us online on Tuesday, December 6 at 6:30 p.m. EDT to learn some practical ways to fit self-care into your schedule and your lifestyle. With a few quick tips and some willingness to try new things, you might just find yourself feeling rejuvenated, energetic, empowered, and confident.
This training is provided at no cost and is open to kinship caregivers, foster parents, professionals, students, and community members.
