Self-Care Mindset Event

Students will learn about the role of self-care and mindfulness and each component of self-care. Goals related to personal care needs will be set and students will learn how to check in with themselves effectively. The session will be led by Meghan Wolf, Student Wellness Coordinator in POWER (Prevention, Outreach, and Wellness Education Resources).
