Join us for an engaging session with Dr. Billy Bible, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, retired U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, and Adjunct Professor. Dr. Bible brings a wealth of experience from his work as a Program Manager with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he supports our nation’s most vulnerable Veterans and their families.
With advanced degrees in Social Work, Dr. Bible’s expertise spans trauma, resiliency, military/veteran studies, and both clinical and non-clinical practice. In this talk, he will share insights into Military and Veteran cultural competency and discuss the wide-ranging career opportunities in social work – from clinical roles to leadership positions – highlighting professional growth, networking strategies, and earning potential.
