The minimum salary is $64,683.95 annually
This is an exempt position not eligible for overtime; however, compensatory time is granted for hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week

The purpose of this classification is to oversee the implementation of treatment and clinical intervention at the Audrey Grevious Center and provide comprehensive supervision of all clinical staff and services within.
Master’s degree in Social Work
Minimum four (4) years of progressive social work experience
Valid Clinical Social Work License with supervisory endorsement from the Kentucky Board of Social Work
Completes intake screenings and assessments on all incoming clients
Clinical supervision of social work staff in provision of individual and group treatment services
Plans, directs and supervises the work of social work staff
Provides crisis intervention and assessment services as needed for clients
Develops, conducts, or coordinates training for treatment staff
Guides and develops day to day programming, including master schedules and individual students’ educational schedules, special activities and events
Develops and maintains accurate and timely records for all clients including, but not limited to treatment plans, weekly progress reports, and database (CMIS) records
Acts as a liaison and attends meetings with numerous community partners and agencies in the juvenile justice system
Performs related work as assigned
Valid Clinical Social Work License (LCSW) with supervisory endorsement from the Kentucky Board of Social Work
First Aid and CPR Certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment and maintained as a condition of continued employment.
Safe Crisis Management must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment and maintained as a condition of continued employment.
All positions require drug testing, background check, and Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) check, State and National sex offender registry checks before employment and may require a post-job offer physical.
Examination will be a training and experience evaluation from information provided on the application at filing deadline date.
