University of Kentucky College of Social Work announces spring 2025 showcase of DSW scholars

LEXINGTON, Ky. — The University of Kentucky College of Social Work (CoSW) is pleased to announce the 4th Annual Showcase of Doctor of Social Work (DSW) Scholars, set for April 28–30, 2025.

This three-day virtual event will feature over 150 scholar-practitioners presenting innovative research addressing critical challenges in social work, including mental health, trauma-informed care, education, healthcare, gerontology, military social work, and social justice.​

Registration for this event is complimentary for all participants. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn continuing education credits by engaging in the scholars’ showcases.
