Foysol (He/Him/His) is an experienced international social worker and researcher, holding a Master of Social Work from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor’s in Health Economics from the University of Dhaka (Bangladesh). With over six years of expertise in macro-level social work, he has developed comprehensive skills in project management, counseling, and research across the USA and Bangladesh. His work spans diverse fields, including mental health, human trafficking prevention, and labor rights advocacy. Foysol’s research interests focus on climate and environmental justice, gerontology, forced migration, international social work, social work education, and intersectionality. As a Ph.D. student at the University of Kentucky College of Social Work, his global perspective and cross-disciplinary insights drive his passion for addressing pressing social justice issues on an international scale.
