Message from the Dean

Social work, although sometimes misunderstood, is a distinct and noble profession.

Its impact echoes through the halls of world-class hospitals, amplifies the voices of marginalized communities, and breaks down barriers on global platforms.

Social work is everywhere, diligently working to improve the human condition.

As we observe National Social Work Month this March, a celebration spanning 40 years, we reflect on the profound influence of a profession that extends well beyond the expected. Journey with us this month and celebrate the extensive reach of social work through challenges, giveaways, and events all month long.
